Panera is a place that I go very often. The broccoli cheddar soup is amazing and the bread is delicious! I really love the bread bowl. I also love the jazz/blues music in the background. Here are some pros and cons I found when I ate here:
Pros:
*Soup was warm and delicious.
*Bread also was warm.
*Good variety of sandwhiches.
*Alot of pastries for after the meal.
*Free Wi-Fi
Cons:
*Sloppy (Workers might not care a lot and the soup ends up out of the bowl)
Well, as you can see, the pros overrule the cons. That is why I would give this a perfect score; a 5 out of 5. Though the food may be prepared sloppily, that doesn't stop it from being really delicious! -

Been here b4 and now my reviews are gone. Address is 2360 rt 59.
No idea where that other address came from. Anyway just when I think things are getting better here, along comes today. I had a hispanic guy at register repeating everything I said wrong. He had a good attitude but didnt listen. Just there for a couple dozen bagels since its Bagel Tuesday. I have a big family get together coming over the holiday, so I thought it nice to get a bunch of these for morning coffee. I get over to pickup side and they shove the bag at me. What the hell is that? I asked
for them to not be sliced and put into separate freezer bags . Not complicated , right? Apparently not! All the bagels were lumped together in the same freezer bags and I was short 2 bagels. I had the non english speaking crew who-was in a big hurry cause it was busy. Well, take a breath and listen to your customers. This is totally unacceptable. And no no apologies. And none of these people are the regulars I normally see working there. Kinda felt like on Sunday , when you go to mass and accidentally go to the spanish speaking mass and dont understand anything going on. Hope they straighten this out. -

Stopped at this Panera on Thursday.
I always felt they are overpriced and now even more so.
Bought a loaf of long stick bread. They take it over to slice, pull a piece from the bread throw it out, then slice it. Thrown in bag. Bread had s many huge holes in it. Bought a bagel also which if I did not remind the cashier to put in bag I would have left without it. -

Not too happy with our Panera experience today! My tuna sandwich which I've been getting since the beginning of time was all lettuce on focaccia bread with maybe a teaspoon of tuna smeared on the bread! But hey great job making the sandwich look bigger with all the condiments! Not! I wanted to call and complain but hubby said just forget it we won't be going back to that location anyway. Still this is not right! I should have taken a pic of it- I wasn't thinking.

Panera isn't what it used to be. Just paid 6.00 for a cheese sandwich that had 2 slices of cheese on it and not even a pickle on the side. Ordered a caramel latte for 4.00 and got basically caramel flavored milk. No coffee at all. I used to not mind paying higher prices for quality food but not anymore.
